Michael Mulholland-LichtMichael Mulholland-Licht is Australia's pre-eminent practising osteopath, an experienced educator, public speaker and leader in his field. He is President of the World Osteopathic Health Organisation (WOHO) and past President of the Australia Osteopathic Association.

Michael has been featured on Today Tonight, Second Opinion, The Today Show & Bright Ideas T. V. programs and in Good Weekend, New Woman, Sydney Morning Herald plus many other print media.

Completing a D.O. (Doctor of Osteopathy) at the Pacific College of Osteopathic Medicine, Sydney in 1984, he is a member of the Australian Osteopathic Association, which is committed to ongoing education.

Treatment involves mostly manual techniques; soft tissue manipulation, stretching muscle groups, spinal adjustments, gently freeing restrictions to healthy functioning. Taking a wholistic approach, he considers the role played by mind and emotions in health and dis-ease.

Specific exercises and dietary modifications may also be recommended.

Clients are encouraged to take responsibility for their condition by developing awareness of how they use their bodies at work and play, and how choices of activity and attitude effect vitality.
